Creating your store profile

Your store profile is the front door of your business. Three things matter most: your store name, the short story about who's cooking, and a hero photo that sells the vibe before customers read a word.

Where to find it

From your dashboard, open Settings. The Store profile card is the first one — you'll edit your store name, the short description, and your kitchen pickup address from here.

Picking a store name

Pick something memorable that hints at what you cook. Your name becomes part of the URL customers share — for example, pickupchef.app/your-store. You can change the name later, but the URL stays the same.

The pickup address

This is the address customers come to when they collect. We show it on the order confirmation, in pickup reminder emails, and on the order receipt. If you'd rather not share an exact street number until the order is placed, write a nearby landmark in the description and the precise number in the address.

Two minutes well spent: upload a hero photo.

Stores with a hero image convert noticeably better than ones without. A bright phone-camera shot of your best dish is enough to start.
