Every new PickupChef store starts on a 90-day Pro trial. No card up front. Before the trial ends you choose a plan: Pickup Chef Plus at £10/month (or £96/year), Pro at £15/month (or £144/year), or stay on Free. We'll email you three days before the trial ends.
The plans
- Pickup Chef Plus — £10/month or £96/year. Unlimited products, menus and orders, and full analytics. Pickup only.
- Pro — £15/month or £144/year. Everything in Plus, plus delivery: delivery fees at checkout, the dispatch board, route planning and delivery partners.
- Free — £0. Up to 10 products, 1 menu, 30 orders a month and the last 7 days of analytics. Pickup only.
Paying yearly saves 20% on Plus and Pro.
Choosing a plan during your trial
Open Billing from your dashboard sidebar and choose Plus or Pro. You add your card now, but you aren't charged until the trial ends. Your store moves to the plan you chose straight away, so if you choose Plus, delivery switches off from that moment.
Switching and cancelling
You can switch between Plus and Pro at any time from Billing. Stripe adjusts your next invoice for the part of the month you've used. If you move from Pro to Plus, delivery switches off for your store straight away. If you cancel, you keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for, then move to Free. You can resume any time before then.
What happens if you don't choose a plan
If you haven't chosen a plan by the end of your trial, you get a 7-day grace period, then your store moves to Free. Nothing is deleted: your store, menus, customers and order history stay. Free's limits apply from then on, and delivery switches off. If you choose Plus or Pro later, billing starts straight away, as the trial has already been used.
