Every new PickupChef store starts on a 90-day Pro trial. No card up front. At the end of 90 days you choose: stay on Pro for £10/month (or £96/year), or drop to Free with a smaller set of features. We'll email you well before the trial ends and again on the day.
What Pro gives you

What Free looks like
Free is designed for small home cooks running a quiet weekend operation. You keep your store, your menu, your customers, and your data. The limits trade off against the £10/month — fewer products, fewer orders, cash-only pickup, last-30-days analytics.
Choosing a plan
From Settings → Billing, you'll see your current plan, when the trial ends, and a button to either choose Pro early or drop to Free. You can switch in either direction at any time — there's no commitment beyond the current billing month.
What happens at day 90
If you haven't added a card by the time the trial ends, your store automatically drops to Free — nothing breaks, but the Pro-only features stop. Online payments pause until you upgrade or disconnect Stripe.
